Sequence beats intensity. The first intervention exists to make the second one survivable, and the order in which they arrive decides whether either of them lasts past a bad fortnight.
A plan that cannot absorb a bad fortnight was never a plan. It was a mood — and moods are not a physiology, they are weather passing over one.
You cannot decide to be calm. You can lengthen an exhale, and be calm about ninety seconds later.
Twelve minutes, most days, in an unremarkable room. The unremarkable room is the finding, not the compromise.
